The History of Medicine Society is an interest group within the Friends of the P.I. Nixon Medical Historical Library. The student-led group meets monthly to discuss the historical development of medicine and the health sciences, and the impact of medicine on society. Membership is open to everyone who is interested in the history of the health professions.
Ron Philo, Ph.D., retired Senior Lecturer, will speak about The Anatomical Drawings of Leonardo DaVinci at the group’s first fall meeting on September 25.
