Windows XP – End of Life

Windows XP

On April 8th, the long living Operating System Windows XP, will officially reach end of life. The UT Health Science Center of San Antonio has made the decision that Windows XP will no longer be supported as an the operating system. Users that visit the library with a laptop running Windows XP will no longer be able to get to journal articles. This will severely limit what Windows XP users can do at all library locations, and anyone that is using Windows XP should think about upgrading to Windows 7 or 8.
