 The History of Medicine Society is a student-run organization,  meetings are open to the public.

From the need to clean the colon of royal war elephants in India to the job of shepherding the anus of Egyptian Pharaohs, to the fad of coffee enemas….this talk will take you across five continents and thousands of years of recorded medical history. The Mayan used it, Louis the XlV loved it….Moliere popularized it in his plays.
