I would urge the library not to cancel our subscription to Journal of Physiology. For my area,Physiology, this is the most prestigious and historically the earliest journal devoted to Physiology. In addition to publishing quality articles right now, it is a storehouse of past findings. Thus, access to present and earlier articles in this journal is crucial for continuation of scholarly work (publication of new knowledge and accurate writing of review articles and books) in Physiology. Again, I urge the library not to cancel this subscription.

The Journal of Clinical Oncology, should not be cancelled. It is the most read clinical oncology journal, although many people has personal subscriptions, many students and housestaff do not. I would make it available at least in electronic form.

Thanks,

I don't know how often it is accessed, but are you sure you want to do away with Medical Teacher? There are only a few journals such as Academic Medicine that cover the subject area. The content covers one of the key missions of the university.
